Prerequisite
Your channel has to be active in the last 6 months. (That means, your must be making AGK parodies in the last 6 months)
Each user can be nominated for maximum 3 inductions: For those who lose can be re-nominated in the next induction. After losing for 3 times, you can no longer be nominated.
Winners can no longer be nominated again since they win the award.

Then explain your reason on your second line.
