- Some users claim he is not speaking french, and that he is speaking german.
- AFK is one of the Angry kids that don't smash thair keyboards at the end.
- The original video was a parody to Angry German Kid.
- The original video was uploaded in 2008, then deleted sometime in 2013, later the video was re-uploaded back in 2014, in august 2017, it got deleted again, then on januray 2, 2018, Silver Panther 2000 reconstructed it, and uploaded it to YouTube.
- AFK is sometimes thought to be Leopold Slikk, due to their similarities.
- AFK is one of the most underrated characters in the AGK fanbase.
- He is the second angry kid to own a gun, the first is Ronald (the Angry Dominican Kid)
- Despite being called "Angry French Kid," he is actually speaking German instead of French
