TheCrazinessCat/BlueSlash71 was a Scottish AGK parodist from 14 April 2014 to 16 December 2016. He was known for uploading weekly Angry German Kid episodes along with uploading a wide range of other content. Eventually, he moved on to a new series called AGK Rebooted Randomness, a very random series with a completely different style compared to his older content. He closed his TheCrazinessCat channel in late July 2017.
History
The Beginning (2013 - 2014)
In 2013, TheCrazinessCat planned on making YouTube account but he couldn't due to YouTube's age limit, as he was 12 at the time. He tried again during April 2014 when he was 13, and apart from forgetting his Gmail for a few hours, it turned out well. He consistently uploaded weekly Angry German Kid episodes each Saturday, with only a few of interruptions and staying up late some nights to upload an episode before wake up time, especially from September - November. TheCrazinessCat had plenty of fun making videos (especially in the first four months), although he couldn't log in for a day (14 May) and experiencing computer problems resulting in it starting from scratch having to put everything back on his computer again (18 August 2014 and a few following days), which almost made him quit YouTube, but he managed to get everything back and continue his YouTube routine.
Scheduling Inconsistenties (late 2014 - 2015)
From December 2014. the upload scheduling consistency began to decline, to where he couldn't upload the episodes on time, resulting in the episodes uploading up to two weeks late. This mainly resulted from AGK Simulator (Part 8) and AGK and the Magical Mystery Museum, an adventure series of 6 very long videos (between 25 and 40 minutes) that lasted during the first half of 2015. After that finished, the uploads were more consistent, even while making another series of videos called AGK's 2D Force Superpowers which was another adventures series of 6 videos intended to be finished during the second half of 2015. However, due to the third part not being uploaded in September 2015 combined with burnout and considerable thinking, TheCrazinessCat announced at the end of that month to stop doing the weekly AGK episodes.
New 2016 Approach (late 2015 - 2016)
During the last 3 months of 2015, no new AGK episodes were uploaded, however, he continued with the other recurring series', such as AGK's Dad, The Kitty Cat Stupid Show and DumDum Facts. However, TheCrazinessCat wanted to take a new approach to his channel for 2016. AGK's 2D Force Superpowers (Part 3) was uploaded and the arrival of the AGK Rebooted Randomness series, a different AGK series being made with Sony Vegas so the randomness was at its fullest potential, as well as a Shorts and Fillers series also starting in February 2016. Although after February 2016, there weren't any uploads during the first half of March, and then suddenly on 19 March 2016, TheCrazinessCat announced to leave YouTube due to burnout and making goals, as he wanted to head into a different direction in life. But after a period of boredom in the summer, he returned on 24 July 2016 continuing the early 2016 approach along with some additional content, like AGK Reacts to AGK Butterfly. Although during this time, he still wanted to focus on his goals at the same time, and not achieving them resulted in developing depression. Therefore, not many videos were uploaded after the summer.
Final Retirement + Channel Closure (December 2016 - July 2017)
On 16 December 2016, TheCrazinessCat officially announced his true retirement from the channel. This is due to a period of depression, which Ben would like to call the Depression Era, a period of troublesome thoughts and sadness that started in September 2016. He also retired due to not achieving goals, school peer issues, self-hate and burnout, stating he didn't enjoy AGK anymore. TheCrazinessCat very rarely uploaded videos afterwards, although due to depression developing again during the summer, on mid-July 2017, he uploaded a series of videos playing custom hard levels in Super Mario Flash and when he lost lives, he was self-loathing with a bunch of insults towards himself, while writing poorly and overusing "HAHAHAHAH". After realisations and negative reception, TheCrazinessCat deleted the videos after a couple of days and then after a personally tragic event, he felt he had to move on from the channel, so therefore, during the end of July 2017, the channel of TheCrazinessCat was officially deleted.
BlueSlash71 (2018)
After some brief boredom and aspirations during the first few weeks of 2018, TheCrazinessCat created a channel on 17 February 2018 on a different brand called "BlueSlash71". The way it was set up is that he was going to upload the same format of videos from his TheCrazinessCat approach from 2016, with Shorts & Fillers, random videos and reviving the AGK Rebooted Randomness (retitled "AGK Randomness Unleashed") without an intended upload schedule. He intended to improve the quality of his videos and make the AGK Randomness Unleashed series over-the-top, as he had many ideas for future episodes during the time. However, the channel didn't last for very long. TheCrazinessCat uploaded a YTP, one episode of AGK Randomness Unleashed and one Shorts & Fillers video in 3 weeks, and he intended to upload an April Fools video but didn't bother completing it, then after that, the channel became dormant. The explanation for this was that he had moved in a new house in April 2018 which had no WiFi, and he couldn't find any access to internet on his computer or laptop until he discovered mobile data a year later. His dedication for the channel quickly declined afterwards and he went through another big phase of the Depression Era during the last half of 2018, where his confidence, motivation and self-belief were at a peak low. In March 2019, TheCrazinessCat did announce a possible return to BlueSlash71 on the Wikia page, but after some thinking and giving the fact the channel hardly received any attention, he decided that the BlueSlash71 channel was just an idea that never really came to light, so therefore, he quit.
Characters
Leopold's Family
- Leopold Slikk - The main character of both AGK series'.
- Original AGK Series: A misbehaved boy who repeatedly smashes keyboards, gets suspended/expelled from schools, swears like nothing else and constantly gets in trouble.
- AGK Rebooted Randomness: An extremely random person whose personality, speech and body language changes all the time.
- Harold Slikk - The father of Leopold Slikk.
- Original AGK Series/Angry German Kid's Dad Series: An abusive father who refuses do work, grounds Leopold a lot and insults his workmate, Bob. He also has an addiction to Barbie & Bratz.
- AGK Rebooted Randomness: A personality-changing father. On one hand, he gets tired of Leopold's randomness and does nothing about it. On the other hand, he can destroy Leopold's stuff whilst also being a fanboy of Barbie and Bratz.
- Leonard Slikk - The brother of Leopold Slikk.
- Original AGK Series: An abusive boy who is a swearing horse and does many things wrong. He also gets Leopold in trouble for the stuff Leonard himself does.
- AGK Rebooted Randomness: A rather quiet boy who usually gets tired of Leopold and Harold's shenanigans, yet he rarely does anything about it.
- Mary Slikk - The mother of Leopold Slikk, who is much more sane and less abusive compared to her husband, but she still grounds Leopold when necessary.
Other Characters
NOTE: All of these characters have only appeared in the original AGK series.
- Jake Randolf - Leopold's best friend. Jake likes to chat, watch videos, play games and go on adventures with Leopold and they hardly have an argument.
- Adolf Hitler - The head of the Downfall bunker. Hitler is generally bossy in the bunker and in real life. He hardly gets along with anybody, especially Leopold.
- Mrs. Chochy+1 Puppy - Leopold's headteacher from his first school. She teaches English and she often had arguments with Leopold.
- TheCrazinessCat - The creator of this series himself. Leopold hates TheCrazinessCat for making parodies of him, but TheCrazinessCat likes Leopold.
- Cat Kitty - A blue kitty who is absolutely crazy and best friends with Cat+1 Kitty. Leopold gets frustrated with Cat Kitty a lot, but she always wants to hang out with him.
- Cat+1 Kitty - A three coloured kitty (black, yellow and white) who is best friends with Cat Kitty and was the principal of Leopold's first school. Cat+1 Kitty is generally crazy, though, no where near as crazy as her best friend.
- DumDum - A weird finger-shaped figure. DumDum generally swears a lot and he is a self-centered, lying maniac.
- Chloe Kitty - A white kitty who is best friends with 2 Cat Kitty. Chloe Kitty is an average kitty who is sometimes cool and sometimes crazy.
- 2 Cat Kitty - A dark yellow kitty who is best friends with Chloe Kitty. 2 Cat Kitty is the most sane of the kitties, though, she can be crazy on rare occasions.
- Mike Gimmesomefudge - One of Leopold's classmates from his old school. Mike Gimmesomefudge usually detects people who are misbehaving, most notably Leopold.
- Mannerheim - Hitler's weirder and perverted brother. Mannerheim is an enemy of Leopold, but a bigger enemy of his brother, Hitler.
- Bob - Harold's workmate. Bob is seen as a guy who constantly annoys Harold, and sometimes tries to even fire him. He has not been seen interacting with Leopold.
- Nuna - Another finger shaped figure. Nuna is a mascular and professional dude who is friends with Leopold.
- The Leosingers - Three singers who look like Leopold, except with different skin colours (one red, one grey and one silver).
- Mr. Zara - Leopold's math teacher from his current school.
- Mrs. Pickleberry - Leopold's current school principal. Mrs. Pickleberry is a weird looking teacher and her voice frequently changes.
