Dialga is a Steel/Dragon-type Legendary Pokémon. It is said to have created time itself, and alongside Palkia, maintains the universe.

RCT3Crashes100's Angry German Kid Series[]
Dialga first appears in Episode 4. As Leopold is travelling in a U-Bahn train across a bridge, Dialga freezes time, and Leopold has to fight it. Dialga is too strong however, so Leopold runs away and makes it to Berlin-Hauptbahnhof Station, where he meets Jake.
Tank202100's Angry German Kid Series[]
Dialga first appears on Revenge of Angry German Kid and his keyboard-Episode 2 and 3
Then it reappears on AGK's Retarded Adventure but Primal Form.
