Ultraman Belial is an evil Ultra who intended to take over the Land of Light with his army of Kaiju. He appears in RCT3Crashes100's Angry German Kid Series as a minor antagonist to Leopold.

Ultraman Belial, in his 'Kaiser Belial' outfit, first appears as a mysterious voice in Episode #5, Leopold meets a Strange Person. Calling Leopold Slikk over Skype, Belial reveals that the Blue Orb is infiltrating into Leopold's Body, and then he hangs up. In Episode 5, Leopold and the Mysterious Orb, it is revealed that he wants to use Leopold with the Blue Orb as Blue Orb Leopold, but loses control over him and goes to Berlin-Tempelhof Airport. In Episode 6, He is on the Kaiju Airways flight, trying to relax. Leopold is happy that he is onboard the plane, but Belial tells him to be quiet. When Leopold discovers that Belial is the culprit for the Blue Orb incident, he beats him up.
